Spotted Sicklefish

Cantonese: (Kai Lung Chong)

A tasty fish often found in local waters. Mostly medium in size but some can grow to two catties in weight. Unique features are white skin with black spots on the back. The body is flat like a pomfret. A tasty dish either steamed or diced and stir-fried.
