材料: 4 taels of small dried baby squids; 4 taels of dried shrimps; 2 dried largehead hairtails; some chopped spring onion. 時間: 30 minutes  
 

Steamed seafood triplet

材料: 4 taels of small dried baby squids; 4 taels of dried shrimps; 2 dried largehead hairtails; some chopped spring onion.

時間: 30 minutes

作法:
1.Clean the dried baby squids, dried shrimps and dried largehead hairtails and pat dry.
2.With a pair of scissors, cut them into small lengths the size of your little finger.
3.Boil some water in a pan. Put the cut baby squids, shrimps and largehead hairtail pieces on a steaming plate and steam over water for 15 minutes. Sprinkle chopped spring onion to serve. You can also pour some cooked oil or sesame seed oil on top to add flavour.

You can steam the dried baby squids, dried shrimps and largehead hairtails prepared in step (2) over hot rice. The savoury flavour will make the rice more tasty

You can also use other dried seafood like mantis shrimps or large squids

Quality dried baby squids, dried shrimps and largehead hairtails are not always available. You can ask your local fisherman or fishmonger to purchase for you. Some dried seafood shops in Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau stock them.
