材料: Half a catty of Jinga shrimps; a little corn starch; 2 cloves of garlic; 2 slices of ginger; some light soya sauce and spring onion lengths. 時間: 30 minutes  
 

Prawns in soya sauce

材料: Half a catty of Jinga shrimps; a little corn starch; 2 cloves of garlic; 2 slices of ginger; some light soya sauce and spring onion lengths.

時間: 30 minutes

作法:
1.Clean the shrimps (do not remove shells) then pat dry. Remove the sand vein as well as the legs, tail and head spike.
2.Coat the shrimp with a thin and even layer of corn starch.
3.Skin and chop the garlic.
4.Heat the frying pan. Add oil then ginger and garlic. Arrange the shrimps evenly to pan fry.
5.When half cooked, add light soya sauce and stir fry until all shrimps are coated with soya sauce. Add the spring onion lengths to serve.

To make a banquet dish, use large green tiger prawns or coastal mud shrimps instead.

Use ordinary light soya sauce instead of premium light soya sauce. Alternatively, use Maggi Sauce.

For a more spicy flavour, add chopped red chili when stir-frying in step (4).
