Stewed Indian pike conger with turnip
材料: Half an Indian pike conger; 1 catty of turnip; some chopped garlic; several pieces of ginger; 1 piece of Chinese coriander

1.Gut and wash the Indian pike conger then pat dry. Cut into two-inch pieces.
2.Peel the turnip and cut into half-inch thick oblong pieces.
3.Heat the Chinese wok, add oil and stir fry the ginger until there is a rich aroma. Add the Indian pike conger and stir fry, followed by the turnip pieces. Add less than half bowl of water, close the lid and stew for 20 minutes. Season with salt.
