材料: 4 taels of dried Gynurra; 1 turnip; 1 slice of ginger. 時間: 30 minutes  
 

Stewed dried Gynurra with turnip

材料: 4 taels of dried Gynurra; 1 turnip; 1 slice of ginger.

時間: 30 minutes

作法:
1.Wash the Gynurra and quick boil in hot water for 30 seconds. Take out and put aside.
2.Skin the turnip and cut into large shreds.
3.Heat a frying pan. Add oil and ginger then stir fry the Gynurra briefly. Add the shredded turnip and stir fry until well mixed. Add 3 tablespoons of water then close the lid to stew.
4.After 10 minutes when the turnip is semi-transparent and tender, season with salt and pepper to serve.

Dried Gynurra looks like small soles. You can find it in Chinese dry seafood shops in Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau Main Street.
