To put up festive lighting decorations at prominent locations of the district during Christmas and Lunar New Year to uplift the joyous atmosphere in these festive occasions and enhancing residents’ sense of belonging towards the Southern District.

7. The planter of literary landmark “Stroll the Past” of Mr. CAI Yuanpei of the Southern District Literary Trail landmark (The Junction of Aberdeen Praya Road and Shek Pai Wan Road, near the entrance of Aberdeen Chinese Permanent Cemetery)
